The Witches & Wizards Festival is a fun festival celebrating all that is dark and spooky in the fall season.  Artistic performances, music and food plus a one of a kind Witches Market with over 50 hand selected vendors.  When you enter W&W Witches Market be prepared for a haunting shopping experience.  You will encounter things you never knew existed, be surrounded by the most interesting creatures and this year we're combining the activities within the market to enhance your shopping experience.

We listened to your feedback from 2023, so we made a few changes from last year. Here's what you need to know.

1. Ticket prices are less expensive
2. Activities, like tarot card readers will be located, conveniently in Witches' Market which will be bigger and better.  Exception:  drag queen, tarot card readers, they will still be inside Refinery Salon.
3. Witches and Wizards Festival is still an ADULT event, but this year we are not imposing an age limit.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  Adults, please remember this is not a kid friendly event, please monitor your children.  Also, remember, there are sharp and dangerous objects within some of the vendors tents.  Lastly, the O'Fallon Downtown District takes no responsibility for what your child may see, hear or be exposed to.

Please keep in mind, this festival is a celebration of the Halloween season, it is not associated with any Wiccan practices or rituals.

Very Important Witch (VIW) 

• 1st 100 VIW's receive an event tote bag.
• Exclusive access to costume contest, at no additional charge.  There is a limit of 40 participants. 
• Access to the Witches Market, a uniquely haunting shopping experience.   
• Access to all event entertainment.
• Souvenir VIW Badge 
• Souvenir Event Cup 
• 1 Drink Ticket 
• Early invitation to the 2024 Witches & Wizards Festival.

Basic Witch

• Access to the Witches Market, a uniquely haunting shopping experience.
• Access to all event entertainment.
• Early invitation to the 2024 Witches & Wizards Festival.

Ticket Pricing Information

• VIW Tickets:  $85 July 12 through September 20 *while tickets last
• VIW Tickets are NOT available at the door the night of the event.
• Basic Witch Tickets:  $45 until October 12.  *Basic Witch online ticket sales close October 12, 2023 or when sold out, whichever occurs first.
• Basic Witch Tickets:  $65 at the door the night of the event if tickets remain.

Online tickets sales closed October 12.  Tickets will be available at the event on October 14 between 5:30-7:00pm.  The ticket booth is located at the O'Fallon Station, 212 E 1st Street O'Fallon, IL.  No Cash Sales.
